We have an e mail contacts  group providing direct communication to some 30,000 people and many groups. With onward transmission we believe some 60,000 people view this material weekly. This is a really strong position to call for and document areas of best practice.

Currently this service deals with topics as research as it can be afforded and is therefore limited.  A much fuller service would be of tremendous value as service providers seek to deliver the best service they can in really difficult times with minimal resource.

To provide the fuller topic coverage would require a sum of some £12,000.
