England lacks a truly rural business network. We would like to tackle this omission by establishing a panel balanced across the various rural employers including emerging new rural businesses. Initially we would like to establish a sounding board from volunteers but we would like to refine this so that on occasions it can be used as a true cross business sampling mechanism portraying the important cross rural business perspective.

The estimated cost might be about £5,000 a year.
